I purchased this as a gift for my husband when he finally upgraded his phone so these are his words. I really like the balance and weight distribution of the charger as when reaching for the phone or putting it on the charger, it does not fall over like the one I have at my office. It charges all 3 devices quickly and I would purchase again. I really wanted an Apple made/sold product but am really pleased with this manufacturer and have since purchased a car mount from ESR and am pleased with it as well.

The unit is very nice, and works fine. But I don’t want potential buyers to be fooled by all the "Carbon-free" and "Eco-friendly" logos this company displays on its ESR page. The product comes ENTOMBED in plastic and foam. (They didn’t even use #1 or #2 plastic, which could have been recycled!) There’s no earthly reason for them to use this much plastic—Apple, Sonos, and other companies have switched to all cardboard-based packaging. So all of this stuff goes into the landfill, the oceans, our food supply, and our bloodstream.

It’s too slow for me. If I need to top up my phone I’d just use wired, that gets it to usable within minutes. Even the watch charger, it’s still slower than my default ultra charger. I really can’t recommend this to anyone other than those needing a nightstand charging solution that’s slightly more effortless than wired.

I bought the 3-in-1 as I wanted a charger that would minimize the amount of cables needed and look sleek on my desk. This charger does not disappoint! It’s a wireless charger and it indeed charges 3 items at once. I use it for my iPhone, Apple Watch and non Apple branded earbuds.I reached out to customer service as at first I wasn’t impressed with the phone charging speed. A rep replied right away and offered a number of suggestions. Ultimately they ended up sending me an ESR phone case which increased the speed my phone charges!If your budget allows perhaps try the new Qi2 version of the charger as I believe it’s supposed to be faster!I would absolutely recommend this 3-in-1 charger as it offers the ultimate bang for your buck! You can’t get a 3-in-1 charger that looks this great for this price and most importantly the customer service is top notch! Worthy of the 5 star rating!
