Update: The seller, upon receiving my feedback, promptly gave me a resolution. Although, I may or may not buy ESR in the future but their customer support team is amazing. Just a little more quality control and they’ll be golden! Increasing the rating from one to four.Original feedback: Received the item a couple of minutes ago. To my surprise, the item did not prove its worth as the magnetic alignment of the cover is all over the place. Did ESR send me a defective item?The edges are worn out. It looks like the item has been used.So not acceptable. There were thousands of other covers available on ESR and I went with your product thinking that it was ESR so, it will be reliable.I doubt my decision now!Not recommended!

The case attached easily to my iPad 10th gen and seems fairly sturdy. The hinge part sturdiness is questionable. This part does not seem sturdy. A 24 month warranty is offered if you set up an account via a QR code, however, the code leads to “page not found” and their website offers no alternative. Warranty on website states you must return in original package with all accompanying papers. I doubt most customers are holding onto packaging and this is not a typical requirement. This leads me to believe the product could be put back out for sale. Hopefully this case will hold up. Overall mostly satisfied.

Thus case meets all the specifications you need for a good case at a fraction of the cost of the Apple case. However, the magnetic strip for holding the pen is not secure and the pen slips off it easily. There is no other place to put the pen and I have nearly lost it three times in the week I’ve had the case. Given that the pen is expensive to replace this is a serious problem. I’m looking into other options for a case. A friend has the larger 13" case and it has a separate pen holder on the back.

I bought this case due to the magnetic removable cover that gives the product utility. It’s a great concept, but the materials may not be durable for long term usage. You can register for 2 years warranty, but I’m not sure what kind of hoops I gotta run through to claim that.The case fit perfectly so no complaints

Ive tried many ipad cases over the years but decided to go with ESR again and I wasnt disappointed. The quality is great and fits the device perfectly. Im also confident that should the ipad be dropped there is adequate protection with this case. Recommend

It’s simple and sleek. You can remove the cover or attach it to prop the iPad up. It has no area for an Apple Pencil (if you’re like me and don’t feel the need for an Apple Pencil but don’t want to have a hole in the iPad case).
