Easy to instal and great quality

Very easy to apply and a big upgrade from using my Apple Pen on the iPad’s glass surface.

There is a sticky film in the magnetic part of the screen. I didn’t mind it because I hadn’t needed to take off the screen. Once I did, the stickiness wore off and the screen no longer stayed put. I wish the return window was still open. I do really like the texture when I right.

This is just brilliant as a removable screen, makes writing much nicer.

I guess I should start with the cut. These screen protectors are just not appropriately measure to cut. I’ve got the 10th gen and this item slips around quite a bit. I’m lucky enough that my iPad case has a raised edge to keep it mostly from sliding around off of the screen. Secondly, there are 2 camera cutouts in the wrong place instead of 1. Which tells me these are just generically cut to fit almost any iPad of a similar size, if even off by fractions of an inch. I wouldn’t recommend even trying this item if you have the 10th gen iPad.

A screen cleaner is provided, the cover attached easily enough. No issues with bubbles or anything. So far it has held up fairly well and reduces glare.

I recently bought an iPad and already knew I wanted a paperfeel screen protector. At the same time, I wasn’t sure if I wanted one to be my everyday screen protector. I had ordered another ESR screen protector that was just a regular tempered glass adhesive one, and stumbled on this option that I hadn’t considered. The packaging itself is pretty interesting. The outer packaging was basically a fancy folder (didn’t experience any damage or shipping issues myself). The screen protector itself comes with a plastic reusable sleeve that will fit in just about any tablet bag with your iPad. The protective sleeve is a nice touch that eliminates some of the worry of damage when traveling.I was skeptical at first. This is my first iPad and the idea of a magnetic screen protector sounded like it would just slide around and be more of a problem than anything. Well… ESR wasn’t kidding around. This thing is so strong, I sometimes have to use a rigid piece of paper to get underneath & peel it back off (Which is awesome if you ask me!). It absolutely will not move out of place no matter how hard you try.The texture itself is great, not too course, but noticeably comparable to writing on paper(ish) material. It does resist finger prints fairly well, but will shows some. Wiping in circles with a clean wipe or rag does the job. I haven’t noticed any interference with use of a regular generic rubber tip stylus or an Apple Pencil 1st gen. There is some small refracting and the slightest barely noticeable detail loss of the screen when in use, but this tends to be the case with any of the paperfeel type screen protectors (magnetic or adhesive). This works just fine if you already have another adhesive screen protector already on your device.10/10, and 100% recommend. Absolutely necessary for those who do a lot of note taking, hand writing, or digital art. And even more so if you still want to maintain using the regular screen or even with another (adhesive) screen protector (have not tried with another magnetic type, but assume it would work if there’s no magnetic polarity issues). Pretty sold on ESR after both of my screen protectors have been some of the best I’ve ever had to buy for a device, esp for the price point.

Love the way it feels writing on this surface. The others I’ve ever don’t do well with picking the side of my hand up as I’m writing and this one does it almost perfect! I’ll definitely add another to the chart soon to keep as a backup.
