I do like this case a lot, it does what it needs to do, it feels like good quality, it makes my tablet a bit heavy but honestly it’s worth the protection. It does charge my apple pen without issue I saw a few reviews saying it didn’t but this one does at least. My pen sticks well to it as well. I can’t easily knock it off or anything and I love the extra strap that goes around the pen, though I do worry that strap will wear down the more I have to pick at it to get it open. My only complaint and why this isn’t five stars is, I don’t think the Smart Cover works. I had to turn that function off of my iPad opening when the cover is taken off because ever since I got the case I kept opening my iPad to being 10 percent or less. I guess my iPad kept turning on under the case? Ever since turning the Smart Cover function off I haven’t had this issue and it’s not too big of a deal to me, but if it is to you, this might not be the case for you. Other than that the case fits perfectly, it closes tightly and does make me feel that my iPad is safe.

I had to replace a broken case and I bought this one. I like that it’s much easier to plug in the cable for recharging my iPad. I don’t know why, but it is much easier. That’s what I like best about it.It took me a little while to get used to opening the new case to use my iPad. I have got the hang of it now. I won’t say how I do it because everybody is different.It holds the Apple Pencil and it recharges it fine but it doesn’t hold it as firmly as my old one so it’s fallen a couple of times. On the other hand, in with my old case, the pencil slot used to get full of dirt which was nearly impossible to clean thoroughly and that can’t happen here. So that’s great.

I love that you can take the outer case of the iPad when you’re not using it and it’s still protected. The magnets are very strong so my Apple Pencil stays there and doesn’t keep falling off. Great case at an even better price.
