The case is fine enough to protect the device. There is space for the Pencil and the magnets work as expected to hold the iPad in place. There is a fault however, and likely due to the rush to get this to market. As other’s have said; the sleep/wake function doesn’t work. When I contacted them about this, ESR are aware and apparently have an updated product coming end of June. They provided me with some options considering the fault, so suggest others with this case contact them via their website. It would be great if ESR could update this listing, or remove the item from sale until it is corrected.Case is a 4/5, however the lack of transparency on the fault makes it at best a 3/5.

I really like this cover so far for my iPad! I’ve never really bought other iPad cases for my iPads in the past from other brands that weren’t Apple, but this was a very great first non-Apple case for me.The edges do feel a little cheap/not of the best quality, and I’ve had the cover for six hours and haven’t taken it ANYWHERE and it looks like the edge is fraying a little already. But again— $100 vs $20 will make a difference.Though, I really like the little flap that covers the Pencil and keeps the ipad shut! I like that it can also magnetically store itself behind the iPad while you’re using it so it’s not in the way.The magnets hold the iPad pretty well, and I don’t feel anything different from how well my iPad would attach to a first-party branded case. The black is.. black. Nothing to say there— It does get a little dirty quickly but I have extremely sweaty hands so that’s on me.It’s whatever — I’m not mad about these since I’m getting what I paid for; and it’s worth what I paid for haha. It does what it needs and protects my .. insanely expensive pane of glass.

Like that ot comes with two the installing is good I still ended up with bubbles but I know how to correct it without ruining my first installs from years of screen protector use. There is no squeegee to aid In the bubble removal so I had to use a micro fire cloth. I think in my case it was static or air trapped. But installing is very easy just follow the instructions. If u get bubbles lift it gently till the bubble matches the lift and try again but use your fingernail don’t touch he adhesive.

Good price. Good quality. Has pencil storage as well.

Fits perfect and it’s not bulky. Has a magnetic hold and it wraps around the pencil as well. Works great!

It’s a decent screen protector; I’ve bought several over the years from ESR, but this one is poorly designed for installation. It’s overly complicated and over engineered. All that was needed was a simple guide frame like phone screen protectors have, but this one has a crazy hinge designed to work with the packaging. Simpler is better sometimes…

Super slim, magnetic open close works fine, keeps pen safe. Not the most elegant product but does its job well.
