I was looking for a phone case with a magnetic back that would stick to metal surfaces like the refrigerator or a filing cabinet. This case was nice and when there was no phone inside it stuck to the metal surfaces but once you put the phone in it was too heavy and would not stay in place. If you’re looking for magnetic case for this purpose then this is not the case for you.

The case has a magnetic circle on the back, but it’s not quite strong enough to hold my phone onto the magnetic holder in my car. I use that so I can be hands free while using gps. I needed to add an additional magnet under the case. But I like the case itself. It is clear and I can enjoy the blue color of my iPhone.
