This magsafe style charger is really excellent! The design is cool, the build quality is top notch, and the functionality is perfect. Although it’s a little bulky, ESR did a good job designing it in such a way where it looks purposeful. The entire device looks like a big heatsink and I believe this is on purpose. The active air cooling works really well and keeps my phone cooler while charging. I am using this with a magsafe case on my Pixel 8 Pro and it has not given me a single issue. The magnet is very strong and my phone stays put no matter the road conditions. I am using a custom mount from ProClipUSA in combination with this charger and they both work together extremely well. The included vent mount (which I am not using) looks and feels just as robust as the charger itself, so I do believe it would work without issue if you were to use it. The back of the charger has a standard female ball mount attachment that fits a variety of different phone mount set ups. I’m very glad ESR decided against using a proprietary design there! Overall, this is an excellent product. 5/5!

I really liked this charger. I wasn’t sure about the clamp-style mount. I generally prefer a hook mount, but the spring on the clamp is quite strong, and the inside surfaces of the clamp are grippy. It attached to my A/C vent with no problems.The manufacturer only claims compatibility with iPhones, but it worked fine with my Pixel 8 Pro, in a Poetic Guardian MagPro case. Qi2 is an open standard, and most of the better Android phones support Qi charging. The magnets held the phone securely. even on bumpy roads. Even when streaming music to bluetooth and running Google Maps simultaneously, it charged my phone, with no issues. The phone got warm, while charging, but didn’t overheat.

Great car mount charger, it’s indeed feeling cooler than my previous one. I’d only use this on rental cars when travelling though. It’s still too hot to charge the phone regularly with wireless charging, especially under the scorching sun. Without cooling mechanism I feel the phone battery will be gone soon.

This car charger does a solid job of keeping my phone charged while I drive. The magnetic hold is strong, and it stays in place, even on bumpy roads. Plus, the cooling feature is a nice touch for longer trips.

They charge very well, the magnets are extremely strong, the vent mount is solid, and the integrated CryoBoost cooling really does help keep temps down so that your iPhone doesn’t enter the "too hot to charge" zone. That used to frequently happen on summer road trips, where the sun would be beaming in the front windshield, and the combination of that direct sunlight, plus the phone charging, plus the phone being used for battery intensive tasks like GPS navigation meant the phone would get hot VERY easily. This helps avoid that really well, which I’m sure also helps maintain good battery health. I’d like to not have to replace my iPhone so frequently, but replacing the battery is rarely worth it, and my phones routinely end up at 75%-ish life after just a couple years of use. And I’m sure that 75% is optimistic, too- once it gets to those levels, it really feels more like 50% even if the number says 75%.

I like this charger. I was skeptical about its ability to stay put, but works well. The cooling feature may be beneficial in winter when the heat is on, but it’s not needed during summer or when the AC is on. I would buy this again, and I recommend it. Wish the LED matched my dash (green) but a minor issue.

I have bought cryoboost ESR chargers for all my four cars, my office, my wife’s office, my mother, my mother‘s car, friends, families. This new Qi2 with cryoboost is my favorite, and in my opinion, they should be the only thing they should be selling and marketing for iPhones I don’t know why it’s currently unavailable, but I really wanted to come back in stock
