Other chargers without cooling tech are forced to slow charging as your phone heats up to avoid overheating. CryoBoost™ ensures that navigating won’t slow you down. To achieve fast charging, we recommend using the included charging cable and an 18W+ QC car charging adapter. (Adapter not included)
Wireless charging creates heat which forces ordinary chargers to slow charging speed to prevent overheating. CryoBoost™ combines a phone-cooling fan and heat-dissipating components to keep your phone cool during charging. This means that it can continue to charge at maximum speed even when your phone is in use. The result is that, when navigating, your phone will charge faster than any other MagSafe charger.
The magnets in this MagSafe car charger support up to 1,400 g and are more than strong enough to support your iPhone 13/12 series phone during normal use. When paired with a HaloLock™ case, the magnetic strength increases to 3,000 g.
To ensure your phone stays securely attached, this charger should be used with an ESR HaloLock™ case or an official MagSafe case. Other third-party cases may be compatible with the charger, but we can’t guarantee that they will provide a secure magnetic lock and safe mounting.
Yes. The air vent mount includes a support arm for added stability, ensuring your phone stays securely in place. The vent clip rotates 360°, allowing it to clip onto both horizontal and vertical vents. To ensure stability while driving, make sure to follow our installation steps by either watching our installation video or reading the included manual.

The fan is noisy when it is charging. Once fully charged, it will turn off. Not a big issue if you have noise-cancelling headphones/earbuds, otherwise crank your volume up.It charges quickly and doesn’t miss a beat when charging. May be due to the strong magnets keeping everything aligned.The blue halo is always on when plugged it. With no phone mounted, I measured a phantom draw averaging 0.1 W which is significant; watch out if your 12v outlet is not connected to the ignition.The protruding plastic ring that contacts the phone has no rounded edges and would scratch or scuff up you phone or phone case. By the second day, it was scuffing up my Peak Design’s Everyday Case.

With a long trip planned for this weekend, I bought this to hold my phone so I can watch the GPS maps. I’ve traveled along I-75 enough to know that there is a good chance we will run into heavy traffic along the way and may decide to go to surface streets; a planned that has worked well for us in the past. This device was easy to install on my AC vent, with a cord that reaches the USB port, so my phone will stay charged. An extra feature of this phone holder is that it has a built-in fan that keeps the phone from overheating while charging. The fan is automatic, turning itself off when the phone has charged or whenever you remove it. This is my first venture into the Magsafe eco-system, but it certainly will not be the last as I look at a possible wallet and portable power bank.

One of the best quality of life purchase for cars that don’t have android auto or aplle equivalent. The magnet is strong, the support brace is a nice touch I’ve never seen in any other vent attachment product.However, how the clamp is engineered, with 2 weak plastic strips of plastic each side holding the metal clamp, it is easily broken, especially with the constant heating and cooling that these products experience. The fan is loud, but not a big deal breaker. For 50 dollars I was hoping it would last much, much longer

The packaging is great, the product itself is awesome quality and has a very strong magnet! Although for my 2020 Jeep Renegade that requires a wired connection for Apple Play, this doesn’t work. I’ve tried many different cables, as well as both inputs from the front and rear center console port, no luck. Luckily we live in a world where there are multiple configurations for wireless Apple play!
